    1. General Provisions

    1.1. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the e-store).
    1.2. The e-store is owned by Supervivent OÜ, registration code 16022038, address: Võsula vkt 4, Tüki village, Tartu, Tartu County, 61411, email: info@supervivent.eu.
    1.3. The Supervivent e-store offers the following product categories: books.
    1.4. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

    2. Products and Pricing

    2.1. All prices in the e-store are in euros and include VAT.
    2.2. The e-store reserves the right to change prices and product selection without prior notice.
    2.3. If an order is placed before a price change, the price valid at the time of the order shall apply.

    3. Ordering and Payment

    3.1. The customer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
    3.2. Upon confirming the order, the customer is redirected to the payment partner’s environment to make the payment.
    3.3. Payment methods include: bank links, credit card, and prepayment based on invoice.
    3.4. The order is considered confirmed after the payment is received.

    4. Delivery

    4.1. Products are delivered within Estonia and, by agreement, also to foreign countries.
    4.2. Delivery methods: parcel terminal, courier, pick-up.
    4.3. The usual delivery time is 3–7 working days but may vary depending on product availability.
    4.4. If a product is unavailable, the e-store will contact the customer to offer a replacement or a refund.

    5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

    5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the order and return the product within 14 days.
    5.2. The returned product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.
    5.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
    5.4. A refund will be issued within 14 days after the product is returned to the e-store.

    6. Complaints and Warranty

    6.1. If the product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.
    6.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email, including proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
    6.3. The e-store will repair, replace, or refund the product according to applicable legislation.

    7. Liability and Force Majeure

    7.1. The e-store is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
    7.2. The e-store is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure circumstances.

    8. Privacy and Data Protection

    8.1. Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for fulfilling orders.
    8.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for fulfilling the order or as required by law.

    9. Final Provisions

    9.1. The e-store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by publishing the changes on the e-store website.
    9.2. If any provision of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
    9.3. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement, or if that is not possible, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
